Our USB-C rechargeable remotes make it easy to control your ceiling fan without the need for disposable batteries.
These remotes feature a built-in lithium battery that can be recharged.
How to charge your remote
To charge your ceiling fan remote:
Plug a USB-C cable into the charging port on the remote.
Connect the cable to a regular USB power source, like a phone charger or a USB port on your computer.
A red light should appear when the remote begins charging.
Allow it to charge fully before using.
Note: A USB-C charging cable is not included
If your remote isn’t charging
If the remote doesn’t show a red charging light or still won’t power on:
Try a different USB-C cable and power source
Avoid PD (Power Delivery) or high-powered fast chargers. Older versions of the rechargeable remote aren’t compatible with fast charging.
Check that the charging port is clean and free from dust or debris.
If the remote has been stored for a long time, try plugging and unplugging the cable a few times, or leave it connected to a computer or standard USB-A charger for several hours to help the battery recover.
