Once your order is processed we will contact you when your order is ready to be collected. If there is a problem fulfilling your order (e.g. items need to be ordered in), we will contact you within the 1-hour period (business hours) to advise.
If you nominate to place an order online and choose to pay online and pick up in store, you or your nominated person will be required to provide identification for the purposes of order verification and store security practices.
