You can pick up your order from your chosen Beacon Lighting store with free 1-hour Click & Collect, with no minimum spend.
We will always aim to have your click-and-collect order ready within 1 hour, however, larger orders may not always be fulfilled within this timeframe.
Step 1
Select your products
Simply add the products you would like to your shopping cart. On the product page, you will be able to check your local store's availability by clicking on the Click and Collect & store availability section below the Add to cart button.
Step 2
Select Pick up in-store at checkout
At the Checkout page select Pick Up In-Store as your Shipping Method. During checkout, based on your address we will nominate the store that is closest to you. However, you can change this to your preferred store if you wish.
Step 3
Wait to hear from us
Once your order is processed, we will contact you when your order is ready to be collected. If there is a problem fulfilling your order (e.g. items need to be ordered in), we will contact you within 1 hour (business hours) to advise.
Step 4
Collect your order
Your order is now ready to be collected from your chosen Beacon Lighting store. If you nominate to place an order online and choose to pay online and pick up in store, you or your nominated person will be required to provide identification for the purposes of order verification and store security practices.
Payment methods for Click & Collect orders
Pay online using your credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, AfterPay, or redeem a Beacon Lighting gift card.
